Hi there, please
let me introduce myself.
My name is
Tony Smith, but my stage name is now Grandpa T Smith.
I have been in
Country for many years now mainly with my band "Madison County". So no
surprise if you're saying to yourself, "Who on earth is Tony Smith?"
Well I have just
used my own name, nothing fancy. You don't have to have a fancy name to sing
good old country music. My range of songs that I perform are from the very old
Country classics to the present day Country Songs. I also perform songs from
40s, 50s, 60s, etc if you require me to. I play for dancing, listening, sing a
long or anything else you could want me to sing for.
Since turning solo
I have been to Nashville and record two albums of which I am really proud. I
have recorded two more albums back here in the UK in my own little recording
studio. All the albums are featured on this site so take a look at what I have
recorded and order an album or two to add to your collection.
I perform up and
down the UK as you will see from the Gig Guide. So if you want to book me for a
Gig I will be more then happy to come to you to entertain you with the best
Country Songs.
